Our stewardship plan is as follows:
We intend to take a simple, one step at a time aproach to building a large and effective community youth effort. Just as the YMCA and YWCA, as well as the Boyscouts and Girlscouts were all started as Christian organization, so it seems that the people most motivated to accomplish the goal of an indoor skateboard park and youth center, are also driven by the same spirit. To this end, we wil first focus on establishing a small drop in youth center as a base from which to grow an organization dedicated to civic involvement and ultimately the creation of a top notch skatepark.
The first couple thousand dollars will be used for fliers and newspaper adds. We will need to increase our visibility in order to reach enough people to raise the donations needed to build the youth center/skateboard park.
After we have established a good foundation for promotion, we will then put the money donated into the materials for the building of the center. By the time we have reached our goal of the first 1,000 people donating $100 dollars, we will have spent approximately 20% of the donations for the NEW CAR that we will be giving away and the advertisements.
After we have given away the first car, we will then begin the process all over again. Each time we have 1,000 qualifying donations we will give away another car.
